Due to the inclement weather and flooding brought about by the Southwest Monsoon affecting various municipalities and areas in Pampanga, including Bacolor, the Commencement Exercises scheduled for August 10, 2026 (Monday), are hereby postponed. The new schedule for the Commencement Exercises will be announced at a later date.

Furthermore, face-to-face classes across all Pampanga State University campuses are suspended and will shift to online synchronous classes on August 10, 2026.
