In view of the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) affecting the Province of Pampanga, Pampanga State University announces the implementation of the following arrangements on September 2 to 4, 2026, across all campuses:

• All classes and academic activities shall shift to asynchronous online learning.
• Enrolment for the Graduate School shall proceed as scheduled.

Everyone is encouraged to continue monitoring official announcements and to prioritize their safety and well-being amid the prevailing weather conditions.

Furthermore, this advisory shall be superseded by any subsequent advisories issued by national or local government authorities.
