Due to the challenges brought about by the heavy rains and flooding, and in consideration of the concerns raised by the University Student Regent, the University has decided to postpone the Commencement Exercises until further notice.

Online synchronous classes across all campuses will continue until August 16, 2026. However, students who are directly affected by the prevailing weather conditions and are unable to attend their online classes are advised to inform their respective instructors and may be excused, subject to appropriate consideration of their circumstances.

The University understands the challenges faced by our students and their families during this difficult time. We continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, particularly those who remain affected by flooding and persistent rains.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation. We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
