Pampanga State University joins the observance of All Souls' Day. Today, we pause to remember the precious moments we once shared with our departed loved ones. Though their presence may no longer grace our days, the love and memories of those who have passed remain in us. As we light our candles, we remember with gratitude every life that touched ours.
