The Pampanga State University joins the celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 1to 30, 2025!
The Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) is an annual month-long celebration commemorating the establishment of the Philippine civil service by virtue of Public Law No. 5 on 19 September 1900.
It is NOT the anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), but of the whole bureaucracy.
Presidential Proclamation No. 1050 highlights the involvement of all government agencies in the celebration of the Civil Service Month.
