In compliance with Section 42.2 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), which state that ‘a majority of the total BAC composition as designated by the HoPE shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, provided that the presence of the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson shall be required,’ this Change of Schedule is hereby issued for the following projects to ensure that quorum is duly established during the procurement activities."
