Led by Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) President Enrique G. Baking, officials and representatives from the College of Computing Studies (CCS) and College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) participated in the Higher Education Summit (HES) 2026 at SMX Convention, Clark on March 10, 2026. 

Organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), HES 2026 guided by the theme,  “Achieving Sustainable Futures: Transformative Higher Education for Human Capital, Innovation, and Global Responsibility." is a 3-day convention (March 10-12) for State Universities and Colleges, Local Universities and Colleges, and Higher Educational Institutions. 

This gathering is a platform for stakeholders to advance reforms, align educational approaches to UNESCO’s 2030 roadmap, and strengthen science and technology, disaster resilience and Sustainable Development Goals implementation.
