Reinforcing the mutual commitment between Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) and Central Luzon State University (CLSU) to empower educators and advance national educational development, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed via Zoom on September 7, 2026.
This formal agreement finalizes the partnership for the upcoming National Research Conference on Teacher Education (NRCTE) 2026 with the theme, “Advancing Teacher Quality through Research, Innovation, and Transformative Education for Sustainable National Development" in October 2026.
“When we invest in the professional and research capabilities of our educators, we ultimately transform the quality of education for generations of students. We at CLSU are deeply grateful to Pampanga State University for this strategic collaboration, and we look forward to a highly successful and inspiring conference this October,” CLSU’s College of Education Dean, Dr. Florante P. Ibarra expressed.
Pampanga State U was represented by Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training and Extension Dr. Ranie B. Canlas alongside College of Education Dean, Dr. Riza B. Lintag, while CLSU was led by College of Education Dean, Dr. Florante P. Ibarra.
