
To mutually facilitate exchange of faculty members and researchers, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) joins Mabalacat City College (MCC) in establishing a networking through signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held at the MCC Cultural Hall in Mabalacat City, Pampanga last April 29, 2026.
The MOU primarily aims to create a collaborative framework for faculty research and pool the expertise to boost innovation, knowledge sharing, and academic excellence in the region.
The partnership specifically targets research and development in the fields of Education, Business Studies and Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Hospitality and Tourism, and Natural Sciences.
Representing Pampanga State University during the MOU signing were the Research Management Office (RMO) Center Managers, Dr. Jocelyn Y. Arrozal and Dr. Wilma M. Cruz, along with Dr. Jhon Paulo V. Oflaria and RMO technical writers Dr. Ricardo S. Jimenez and Nympha M. Reyes.
Meanwhile, MCC was led by Dr. Sonny N. De Guzman, College President, alongside MCC Vice Presidents Dr. Myrna C. Calma, Dr. Marilyn S. Arcilla, Jennifer Merza, and Glen S. Nolasco; Llewellyn Manjares Jr., Director of Legal and Quality Assurance and Archives Office; and Reginald Tolentino, Executive Assistant.
