
Cultivating academic collaboration and research partnerships, the Pampanga State University’s (Pampanga State U) College of Education (COE) formally sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) held at BPSU Main Campus, City of Balanga, Bataan on May 6, 2026.
The partnership aims to strengthen academic, research, and extension initiatives, particularly in the programs of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd), Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences (BSESS), and Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd).
The MOU was designed to strengthen both institutions in the areas of academic and faculty development, resource sharing, exchange programs, and events and extension services.
Acting on behalf of Pampanga State U were Dr. Riza B. Lintag, Dean of COE; Dr. Analaine G. Laxamana, Chairperson of the BTLEd and BTVEd programs; and Assoc. Prof. Julius Ceazar G. Tolentino, Area Chairperson of the BPEd, BCAEd, and BSESS programs.
Meanwhile, BPSU are led by University President Dr. Ruby B. Santos-Matibag, along with Prof. Digna M. De Guzman, Campus Director of the Orani Campus; Dr. Alonzo L. Mortejo, Dean of Instruction of BPSU-Orani Campus; and various program chairpersons.
