To transform academic standards and foster sustainable development across the country, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) together with University of Camarines Norte (UCN) solidified partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) via Zoom on October 1, 2026. 

The MOA formalizes the joint organization of the National Research Conference on Teacher Education (NRCTE) 2026  with the theme, “Advancing Teacher Quality through Research, Innovation, and Transformative Education for Sustainable National Development.”

Pampanga State U was represented by Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training and Extension Dr. Ranie B. Canlas together with Research Management Office Director, Dr. Robin B. Dimla.

On the other hand, UCN was led by Atty. Ryan L. Estevez, DPA, President with Prof. Rosalie A. Almadroneas, Vice President For Research And Extension, and Assoc. Prof. Adrian C. Guinto, Director, Research Services Division And Social Policy Research Center.
