Wrapping up their junior high school years spent in the halls of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) – Laboratory High School (LHS), 211 Grade 10 students were recognized during the Completion Ceremonies 2026 at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on June 4, 2026.
This year’s ceremonies, with the theme “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character,” were formally opened by completer Rhiane Mae P. Herrera.
“Competence is not only about receiving awards, getting high grades, or excelling academically – But beyond competence, our journey also taught us the importance of competence,” Herrera pointed out in her welcoming address.
The program proceeded with the awarding of certificates and recognition by representatives led by Dr. Jerame N. Gamboa, LHS principal, along with Engr. Reden Hernandez, Executive Vice President, concurrent Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Vice President for Administration and Finance.
“To my fellow completers, our presence here today proves that we survived every sleepless night and heavy school demand. Thank you for your hard work and never giving up on your potential,” Weandzel P. Salvador mentioned as she delivered her message of gratitude.
In an equally important event of the same day, 256 students from Grades 7, 8, and 9 were acknowledged for their excellent academic performance and conduct.
“Let this recognition build your competence, let your certificate build your competence, but let humility describe your character, let goodness and let your actions speak the character that you have,” Gamboa addressed the awardees.
Congratulations, our Artisan Bunsos!
