The Department of Budget and Management Regional Field Office III (DBM-RFO III) gave a Very Satisfactory rating for Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) during the annual Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) validation held at the University Hostel on February 26, 2026.

The rating was given due to the university’s performance on execution of the programs and services within set target and timeline.

This annual activity ensures Pampanga State U’s compliance with DBM regulations regarding the submission of financial reports and budget execution, particularly through the Transparency Seal.

The FDU team with Ms. Thelma Abigail A. Macalino, Ms. Katrina M. Yalung, Ms. Melissa Joy L. Suba and Ms. Alexis M. Gutierrez has evaluated and commended the performance and achievement of Pampanga State U.

“Pampanga State U has delivered a Very Satisfactory overall performance for FY 2025, we sincerely appreciate the continued effort and dedication in achieving these results.” Ms.  Macalino shared.

The event was attended by Pampanga State U officials led by President Enrique G. Baking together with Executive Vice President Reden M. Hernandez, Vice President for Research and Innovation, Training and Extension Ranie B. Canlas, Finance Management Service Office Director Luis M. Lansang, Office of Physical Plant and Facilities Director Rowel D. Waje, Research Management Office Director Robin B. Dimla, Extension Services Office Director Rhoderick M. Favorito, Training Services Office Director Dynah D. Soriano, and Quality Management System Office Director Emmanuel B. Parreño.

With this, Pampanga State U is committed to ensure that every peso is utilized to deliver quality education in the region.
