After achieving a 3rd runner-up finish at the recently held Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association III (RSCUAA3) Olympics last February, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) celebrated the Golden Artisans’ triumph at the Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on March 12, 2026.

The event was attended by the Pampanga State U delegation during the RSCUAA3 held in the province of Nueva Ecija.

Dr. Eddiebal Layco, Office of Sports Development Director, delivered his opening remarks, congratulating the student-athletes for their outstanding performance during the celebration.

Bagging 158 medals—40 gold, 52 silver, and 66 bronze—solidified the Golden Artisans’ standing on the regional athletic platform and set a high benchmark for future athletic seasons.
