The Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP), Inc. recognized Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) for its commitment to producing human resource professionals, as it was hailed as one of the Top Performing Schools in the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) examination from 2024 to 2025.
The award was formally conferred during the HREAP General Membership Meeting (GMM) 2026 held at the F1 Hotel Manila, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, on March 20, 2026.
The event served as a platform for knowledge-sharing and organizational alignment, bringing together HR educators, industry professionals, and student leaders from across the country.
Accepting the recognition on behalf of the University were Dr. Nelly Pilao, Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, and Antonio M. Morales, Chairperson of the Psychology Department.
