Proving excellence through recognition, Pampanga State University’s (Pampanga State U) Association of Public Administration (APA) secured the top 1 spot as the Most Outstanding School Organization recognized by the Junior Philippine Society for Public Administration (JPSPA) Central Luzon on May 29, 2026, via virtual awarding.

Garnering 1,573 points, Pampanga State U - APA marginally exceeded JPSPA- Tarlac State University with 1,460 points followed by President Ramon Magsaysay University-Public Administration League of Students with 583 points.

Meanwhile, Bulacan State University –Alliance of Public Administration Students placed 4th with 92 points, while JPSPA–Guagua Community College landed 5th with 88 points, barely surpassing City College of San Jose Del Monte–League of Integrated Public Administration with 85 points, followed by Bataan Peninsula State University–Circle of Public Administration and Governance Students, which finalized the roster with 75 points.
