Sprinting to a successful podium finish, the Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) Track and Field team delivered medal-winning performances and produced four national championship qualifiers at the United Central Invitational Track Meet Season 5, held at Remy Field, Subic Bay Freeport Zone last May 30-31, 2026.

Spearheaded by United Elite Sport and Management in collaboration with the Olongapo City Sports and Youth Development, the annual meet gathered athletes from local government units, educational institutions, and private sports clubs across Central Luzon, providing a competitive platform for emerging and elite talents to vie for podium finishes.

Following their stellar performances, Eron Gabriel Mejia, John Andrei Villanueva, Amir Paule, and Clarence Maldos were officially selected to compete in the prestigious ICTSI Philippine Athletics Championships. They will join 1,015 registered athletes from across the Philippines and Southeast Asian nations from June 10–14, 2026, at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium in Capas, Tarlac.
