Balancing efficiency with compliance and history, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U)’s Records Management Unit partners with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) for a two-day Basic Records and Management (BRAM) for employees at the University Hostel on April 22-23, 2026.
Ms. Wendy H. Sacramed, Records Officer II gave a glimpse at the Records and Archives Management Program then proceeded with Records Creation and Control and Records Maintenance and Use Mail Management.
On the last day of training, employees were able to learn the Records Disposition Administration under the guidance of Mr. Marvin Erwin M. Supan, Records Management Analyst II.
The team was led by NAP’s Chief Records Management Analyst, Ms. Virginia S. Raymundo who discussed Records Center and Archives Administration and Security of Records.
By bridging the gap between current efficiency and historical preservation, this partnership with the NAP empowers the University to safeguard its vital information.
The BRAM training serves as a significant step in reinforcing the University’s operational framework against the evolving challenges of data management and security.
