Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), led by University President Dr. Enrique G. Baking, participated in the Joint Executive Council and Technical Staff Meeting and the Leadership Transition Ceremony of the Development Council of State Universities and Colleges Region III / Center for Interinstitutional Research and Policy Studies (DC-SUC III/CIRPS), held at the Quest Plus Conference Center in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, last June 29, 2026.
Additionally, a transition ceremony was held to mark the assumption of the new chairperson of DC-SUC III/CIRPS, and a recognition and awarding ceremony was conducted to honor the former leaders and technical staff who significantly contributed to the organization.
The SUC leaders welcomed Tarlac State University President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza as the new Chairperson of DC-SUC III/CIRPS Executive Council and Dr. Laarni T. Capinding as the new Executive Director of CIRPS.
Meanwhile, along with Dr. Baking, the delegates from Pampanga State U included Dr. Ranie B. Canlas, Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training and Extension; Dr. Eddiebal P. Layco, Director of the Planning and Development Office; and Dr. Jayson G. Magat, Director of the Data Privacy Office.
