
Widening its horizons, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Floridablanca, Pampanga formally sealed a Memorandum of Agreement with Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) held at Floridablanca Municipal Hall on June 24, 2026.
President Enrique G. Baking alongside Pampanga State U’s administrative council members have personally paid a visit to the Municipality of Floridablanca led by local chief Mayor Michael L. Galang.
“This is a trailblazing activity for your constituents; this move will also help the unemployment rate—graduates of this campus will contribute to the socio-economic development of Floridablanca which will also radiate to the adjacent municipalities.” President Baking told Mayor Galang.
“I would like to thank the Pampanga State University family for this milestone project in the Municipality of Floridablanca. Keni pung unibersidad a mitalakad pu keni, siguradu ku pung makinabang la pu deng kekaming memalen—lalung-lalu na pu deng kayanakan at bawat mayayari pung anak magkamit ya pung pag-asa in metung a pamilya,” expressed by Mayor Galang.

The Pampanga State U Floridablanca Campus is launching with a definitive lineup of programs, including Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, and Bachelor of Public Administration.
