To establish a cooperative framework aimed at strengthening culture and education, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) and the Association of Culture and Arts Educators of the Philippines (ACAEP) Inc. finalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Lyceum of the Philippines University, Davao City, Davao on October 15, 2026.
This partnership will strengthen the academic and professional collaboration based on equality and reciprocity between Pampanga State U’s College of Education, specifically its Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAEd) program and ACAEP.
The objectives of the collaboration include faculty development and student growth, modernization of teaching strategies and curriculum, and joint researches and outreaches that aim to preserve Philippine cultural heritage.
Representing Pampanga State U is BCAEd Area Chairperson Assoc. Prof. Julius Ceazar G. Tolentino, together with faculty members Dr. Marcial Bonnie M. Salac, Dr. Luwy R. Valenzuela, and Instr. Allyson Alvear T. Lacson, with the guidance of University President Dr. Enrique G. Baking.
On behalf of ACAEP, Dr. Bienvenido B. Constantino Jr., President and Leandro L. Rosete, Secretary constituted the signing of MOU.
