
To foster collaboration in wellness-based skills training and livelihood development, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Mexico Campus and Extension Services Office (ESO), formalized a partnership with San Vicente Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen (SVPSPC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held at SVPSPC, San Fernando, Pampanga, on March 11, 2026.
The agreement establishes the project entitled “Community Wellness and Livelihood Training and Extension Program on Massage and Reflexology,” which aims to promote individual and community wellness while providing essential knowledge and practical skills in massage and reflexology as a livelihood and wellness support activity.
Under this initiative, the College of Business Studies, College of Industrial Technology, and College of Education collaborates to equip participants with professional massage and reflexology techniques, fostering the practical skills and confidence necessary to transform wellness practices into sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Representing the University during the ceremonial signing were Ma. Nerissa P. Sangalang, Project Leader, Paola Cristina R. Paguio, Asst.Project Leader and Marifi M. Malonzo, Project Member.
Meanwhile, SVPSPC was led by Narciso S. Mendiola Jr., Principal III; Maria Corazon S. Sibug, Master Teacher I; and Jomarie L. Diosanta, Head Teacher III.
