Focusing on the transformative technology and highlighting creative solutions Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) has engaged in a Memorandum of Agreement with System Plus College Foundation (SPCF) at Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga on September 23, 2026. 

This collaboration leads up to the International Conference on REsearch in Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Engineering (ICREAITE) 2026 hosted by Pampanga State U with the theme, “Harnessing AI and Emerging Technologies for Sustainable, Secure, and Inclusive Transformation."

Representing Pampanga State U is Dr. Robin B. Dimla, Director, Research Management Office under the guidance of Dr. Ranie B. Canlas, Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training and Extension. 

Meanwhile SPCF was led by Prof. Lean Happie L. Bustamante, Executive Vice President, alongside Dr. Roy D. Dayrit, Vice President for Technology, Research and Innovation Management, Dr. Maria Cecilia C. Park, Director, Research and Publication Office, Theresa C. Bondoc, and Director International Affairs and External Linkages.
