In compliance with Section 42.2 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules andRegulations (IRR), which state that ‘a majority of the total BAC composition as designated by the HoPE shalconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business, provided that the presence of the Chairperson or ViceChairperson shall be required,’ this Change of Schedule is hereby issued for the following projects toensure that quorum is duly established during the procurement activities."
