Following University Memorandum No. 14 series 2026, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, directing all government agencies, including State Universities and Colleges, to adopt energy conservation measures, and anchored on CSC MC No. 6, s. 2022 and CSC MC No. 1 , s. 2025, which provide the policies and guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements in the government to mitigate power demand and address the impact of rising petroleum and energy costs, as well as directives from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on the conduct of Online Classes, Pampanga State University shall implement appropriate flexible work arrangements.
