
Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through the Office for International Partnerships and Programs (OIPP), gained international exposure as three non-teaching staff members participated in the Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) International Staff Week (ISW) 2026 held in Hanoi, Vietnam last August 17–19, 2026.
Representing Pampanga State U were Ar. Mair de Lara, Director of the Property Supply and Management Office; Dr. Ana Liza T. Sitchon of the Finance Management Services Office; and Joseph Ian Guintu, Head of the Accounting Unit.
Organized by ATU-Net Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) International and hosted by Phenikaa University, Vietnam, under the theme “Universities as Impact Hubs – Advancing Learning, Innovation and Sustainable Development,” the event gathered more than 30 delegates from 18 educational institutions to share best practices and strengthen institutional networks.
Throughout the three-day program, the representatives engaged in discussions on quality assurance, digital mobility, research-to-market translation, artificial intelligence in integrative healthcare, and cross-cultural networking, providing them with opportunities to exchange knowledge and practices with fellow higher education professionals.
