
To promote an active research culture, advance teacher quality, and foster scholarly collaborations, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) formally sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bukidnon State University (BukSU) via Zoom on August 24, 2026.
Through the leadership of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension, Dr. Ranie B. Canlas, the virtual signing is one of the preparatory steps for the conduct of the National Research Conference on Teacher Education (NRCTE) in October 2026.
The NRCTE 2026 with the theme, “Advancing Teacher Quality through Research, Innovation, and Transformative Education for Sustainable National Development" aims to provide a collaborative national platform for educators and researchers to share scholarly work that advances teacher quality, fosters instructional innovation, and drives transformative education to support sustainable national development.
The signing was facilitated by Pampanga State U’s Research Management Office led by Dr. Robin B. Dimla and staff, while BukSU was represented by the Director of Research and Development Unit, Dr. Joan M. Recente along with other personnel.
