Attributed to its invaluable contribution to the advancement of learning and inclusive higher education, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) was acknowledged as one of the valuable partners during the 32nd CHED Anniversary Celebration at the Philippine International Convention Center on June 10, 2026. 

As a deputized Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) Higher Education Institution, Pampanga State U has supported in expanding access to education and strengthening the international competitiveness of Philippine higher education. 

Pampanga State U has been accredited to offer Bachelor of Public Administration as part of the EETEAP. 

CHED’s ETEEAP allows qualified working professionals in the Philippines to earn a bachelor’s degree without going back to traditional college 

Serving as the official representative for Pampanga State U President Enrique G. Baking, Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services attended the event and formally received the recognition.
