The two victories of Honorian artists contributed to Region III’s 176 points, enabling the region to dominate the competition and reclaim its second consecutive overall grand championship title.
“For the second time, our students have proven that they deserve to be among the best students from all Philippine SUCs—not only in talent, creativity, and artistry, but also in discipline, cultural literacy, and love for our country’s cultural heritage and identity,” said Rowell E. Cruz, Director of the Office of Culture and Arts.
