To bolster publication success and further strengthen the university’s research culture, the Graduate School (GS), in collaboration with the Research Management Office (RMO), conducted a comprehensive publication roadmap workshop for GS professors at the University Hostel on April 11, 2026.
The workshop focused on helping faculty members bridge gaps in current literature and develop research designs that meet the high standards of top-tier international journals by streamlining the process from proposal to publication.
Dr. Joel M. Torres, a professor from Central Luzon State University, served as the resource speaker.
He shared practical strategies for identifying "researchable" problems and gave tips on how to tailor manuscripts for rigorous databases like Scopus and Web of Science.
The event was formally opened by Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and concurrent Dean of the Graduate School along with Engr. Reden M. Hernandez, Executive Vice President, Administrative Council members and university officials.
