"Ang pagpiling gawin ang tama, ang pagbibigay ng ating pinakamahusay kahit walang nakakakita, hindi dahil gusto nating mapansin, kundi dahil alam nating ito ang tama."

These were the impactful words shared by Gabriel Zachary Reyes from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy as he presented the Values Advocacy of the Week on "Uprightness" during this morning's Flag Raising Ceremony.

Reinforcing this message, Reyes reminded the university community of the importance of practicing uprightness through honesty, integrity, and accountability as everyone begins another week of academic excellence.

As the university officially opens the workweek this Monday, July 20, 2026, the Pampanga State University administration, together with its teaching and non-teaching personnel, stands united in upholding these values while remaining committed to excellence in service and education.

This week's flag raising ceremony was hosted by the Finance Management Services Office.
