Demonstrating journalistic excellence on the national stage, The Industrialist, the official student publication of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), bagged a total of 32 awards at the 17th National Campus Media Conference (NCMC) held at Crown Legacy Hotel in Baguio City from October 22 to 24, 2026.
Organized by the School Press Advisers Movement Inc. (SPAM Inc.), this year’s conference centered on the theme “Shaping Powerful and Adaptive Media in the AI Era: Fostering Integrity, Excellence, and Competence in Socio-Political Reporting among Campus Journalists.” The event brought together 1,353 delegates from 126 schools across the country.
