Attended by Pampanga State University President Enrique G. Baking alongside the Administrative Council members together with the teaching and non-teaching personnel, the Flag Raising Ceremony commenced at the Administrative Building on July 13, 2026.

This week’s Values Advocacy centered on “Stewardship” was discussed by Jaypee S. Manlutac of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy. 

Manlutac reminded everyone that to be a servant of the public is to understand a profound truth, what they hold is not their possession but something that is entrusted to them.
