
To strengthen employee welfare and organizational growth, the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) of Pampanga State University held its first General Assembly for 2026 at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on May 18, 2026.
The assembly gathered members from all Pampanga State University campuses to present organizational and employee welfare updates, while also serving as a platform for fostering stronger collaboration, engagement, and alignment among non-academic personnel.
During the assembly, Cristal Rio U. Manuel, President of the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA), discussed proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), shared updates on the progress of the Collective Negotiation Agreement, and presented a detailed review of the association’s latest financial statement.
Additionally, various Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) packages were presented, providing members with healthcare options that support their medical security and well-being.
The assembly concluded with a clear roadmap for the association’s upcoming projects, ensuring that all non-academic personnel remain informed and well-supported throughout the fiscal year.
