
Furthering efforts to promote excellence in Physical Education (PE) and sports science, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its College of Education (COE) and Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) department, formalized its partnership with the National Association for Physical Education and Sports Science of the Philippines (NAPESS-PH), Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held at Bataan Peninsula State University–Orani Campus, Orani, Bataan, on May 19, 2026.
The partnership aims to promote collaborative efforts in research and development, academic exchanges, and capacity-building initiatives designed to strengthen programs and advance learning opportunities within the BPEd Department.
To realize these goals, both parties committed to collaborating on the exchange of expert personnel for lectures, seminars, discussions, and cultural activities.
Additionally, Pampanga State U and NAPESS-PH will work together in developing learning programs and educational content in the fields of physical education and sports science.
Representing Pampanga State U was BPEd Chairperson Julius Ceazar G. Tolentino.
Meanwhile, NAPESS-PH was represented by Dr. Teejay D. Panganiban, Chairperson; Dr. Jay Mark D. Sinag, President; Dr. Mark Joseph D. Santos, Vice President for International Relations and Partnership; and Rhene A. Camarador, Board Member Representative.
