To further strengthen its internationalization efforts, Trat Technical College (TTC) of Trat, Thailand once again signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Office for International Partnerships and Programs (OIPP), held at the Science and Technology Building of TTC in Thailand on August 18, 2026.

The agreement establishes opportunities for teacher and student exchange programs, professional and cultural experiences, language development, and collaboration in hospitality education, particularly under the Hotel Department of TTC.

Through the partnership, teachers and students from both institutions will have meaningful opportunities to learn, share knowledge, and gain valuable international experiences together, helping prepare them for the increasingly global hospitality and tourism industry.

This also covers exchanges in hospitality, education, business, and information technology, as well as the sharing of instructional materials, language and culture, research collaboration, and international extension programs. 

Representing the University during the ceremonial signing were OIPP Director Dr. Mildred Crisostomo; College of Hospitality and Tourism Management Dean Kathleen Joyce Coronel; and faculty member and exchange participant Winona Hazel Lacanilao.

TTC was represented by Director Jirapong Romngern, along with Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lanlalit Preechachan.
