These remarks were delivered by Dr. Enrique G. Baking, President of Pampanga State University, during the opening program of the three-day training-workshop titled “Creating the Pragmatic Pathways for Lifelong Learners through Micro Credentials,” held at the University Hostel on August 6, 2025.
Leonio Land Holdings Inc. (Leonio Land) collaborated with Pampanga State University, through its Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension (RITE) office, for initiatives, programs, and services aligned with shared goals of local development and academic advancement, formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Alviera Country Club, Porac, Pampanga, on August 5, 2025.
Continuing its efforts to promote a safe and inclusive academic and work environment, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) organized a seminar on Republic Act No. 11313, also known as the Safe Spaces Act or “Bawal Bastos Law,” for its employees, held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on August 1, 2025.
In a move to exemplify the role of science and technology in addressing development challenges, the Department of Science and Technology – Regional Office II (DOST II) visited Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) to explore its Hydraulic Ram (Hydram) Pump Project during a benchlearning event held at the University’s Multipurpose Hall on July 18, 2025.

This line from the song “Journey” by Lea Salonga marked a nostalgic moment as the last batch of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) – Senior High School (SHS) took their final bow and officially received their diplomas during the 8th Commencement Exercises held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on June 30, 2025.
To provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to gain experience in real corporate situations, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) formalized a partnership with Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the CDC Health and Sanitation Division Training Hall on June 25, 2025.

(ABC) formalized its partnership with Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing held at the University Hostel on June 18, 2025.
